Our Approach
Responsible-play features are built into the Krave platform so operators can offer their players clear controls over their experience. Operators are responsible for configuring, promoting, and enforcing these controls in line with their own policies and applicable law.
Tools Available to Operators
- Session reminders — configurable notifications during play.
- Play limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps players can set for themselves.
- Cooling-off periods — temporary breaks a player can request.
- Self-exclusion workflows — longer-term account restrictions requested by the player.
- Account restrictions — operator-side controls for at-risk accounts.
Guidance for Players
If your play stops feeling like entertainment, take a break. Use the responsible-play controls in your operator's app. If you or someone you know may be struggling, help is available:
